AXP - We just might have to leave home without it! The stock has made its to way to resistance following a small uptrend line (blue line). Its is now decision time. If the stock goes above the 15.00 level it would be a break of resistance and one should establish longs. A break below the blue uprend line would be a break of supoort and one should go short. Notice the RSI, it is now below 50 which signals weakness. Notice how in the past an RSI crossing below 50 has signaled a drop in price. This time expect the same. Price target is 11.00.
