Wind Energy (FAN) - Will it break higher? / Sera ruptura alcista?

FAN (wind etf) - At resistance level, will it break? Clean energy names have been active and some are giving buy signals. Look for a break above the 11.15 level to enter longs for a 15.00 price target in the near term.
